Our Guarantee To You

We guarantee you will pass your state exam on your first attempt. If you fail the state exam within 3 days of scoring an 88% on our Online Comprehensive Exam regardless of how you scored on the in class after chapter exams, send us a copy of your state exam results and we will refund the cost of your exam.

To qualify for reimbursement:

1. Login to your account on www.inschooltx.com and take our comprehensive exam
2. Your browser should load your exams
3. Complete exam that corresponds with scheduled state exam
4. Three days prior to your state exam, score 88% or greater on the Comprehensive Exam
5. To make claim for reimbursement, email a copy of failing exam score report to David@inschooltx.com within 14 days of exam date


Our Refund Policy

If you cancel your enrollment in a Live Class, you will receive a full refund upon the return of unused materials, for up to 5 days after the date of purchase, but no later than 7 days prior to class start date. If you choose to cancel your enrollment within 5 days of the class start date or after, a cancellation/ restocking fee of $25 will apply. All class materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition.

· Online products and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Purchases of online downloadable products/services are final and non-refundable. Returns of paper-based study materials, or learning tools will be accepted within 5 days of the date you receive your order. All materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap, and product package returns must include all originally shipped components. Returns are subject to a $25 Restocking/Administrative Fee.

Defective materials may be exchanged for the same product within 5 days of delivery.
Requests to cancel orders that have been processed are subject to a $25 restocking fee. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with the courier service, a $25 restocking fee plus shipment costs will be charged against the refund amount. You must contact our Customer Service department via phone or email. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of the order and you need to include all items. Please return the materials, along with a copy of the original invoice to:

Our Rescheduling PolicyProprietary Notices

If you need to reschedule (change the date) or transfer (change the location of) your public Live Class, please contact our Customer Service department at 713.589.9275. You may only reschedule/transfer if you have not attended the class. A class may be rescheduled/transferred one (1) time at no charge, provided the request is made eight (6) days prior to your class start date. If your request is within 5 days of your class start date, or after the class has started, you may be subject to a $25 administrative fee. If you transfer/reschedule the same class more than two (2) times in a year, then administrative fees may apply to each subsequent reschedule/transfer.

All reschedule/transfer requests are subject to space availability in the requested class dates. The rescheduled/transferred class must be of the same title as the prior enrollment. If you would like to reschedule/transfer to a class of a different title, a return will be processed and you will be enrolled in the new class, provided your request is received within 30 days of original purchase, subject to fees stated herein.
