Recording access is strictly limited to 10 days. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

Registration

• Registration is for one individual only
• Group or shared access is not permitted
• Each student must register under their own legal name

 Class Schedule

• Class runs from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Breaks are provided
• Please log in 10 minutes early to confirm your audio, name, and setup

Attendance & Rescheduling

• Students must notify Insurance School of Texas (ISOT) at least 24 hours before the start of the first class session if unable to attend
• Notice given the day of class (including the morning of class) does not qualify

Reschedule Policy:
• One (1) complimentary reschedule per student, per course
• Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and confirmed by ISOT
• Failure to provide proper notice results in loss of the reschedule option
• No refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes

Additional reschedule requests, if approved, are subject to a $25 non-refundable administrative fee and are based on class availability.

Webinar Access

 Zoom access is sent by midnight the night before class
• Emails are manually sent by our administrative team
• If not received by 8:00 AM on the day of class, check spam/junk and contact us immediately

30 days of access to Practice Exams on our website. These are 2.5 hours, 145 questions exams that simulate the General Lines Life, Accident & Health State Exam.

You will have the ability to grade the exam and review missed questions. You can take the exam over and over as much as you want for 30 days from the date of purchase.
