Life & Health In-Person Class in Houston
Instructor-led pre-licensing training for students preparing for the Texas General Lines – Life, Accident and Health licensing exam.
The class covers life insurance, annuities, health insurance, disability income, group insurance, Medicare, long-term care, Texas insurance laws and regulations, and other Life, Accident & Health concepts included in the Texas licensing exam content.
What’s included with your class
- Your printed textbook, handed to you in the classroom at check-in on the first morning.
- Access to the class recordings for 14 days after your class. The recording link is emailed to you at the end of each class day. Access ends on day 15 and cannot be extended.
- Practice exam access. It opens on the first day of your class – the practice exams are not available before then – and stays active for 30 days from that date.
There is absolutely no digital, audio or cellular recording or photography allowed during any class.

I had a great experience with this insurance course. The two-day class was very informative, engaging, and fast-paced without feeling overwhelming. Ms. Tracie did an excellent job explaining the material in a way that was clear and easy to understand. She kept the class moving and made even the more complicated topics easier to grasp.
What I appreciated most was how relevant the material was to the actual exam. A lot of what we covered in class came up on the test, so I felt well prepared going into it. If you’re looking for a course that gets straight to the important information and helps you understand what you actually need to know for the exam, I definitely recommend it!

I really enjoyed the 2 day class. Tracy the instructor is fun and full of energy. She made the class interesting and fun. It’s a lot of information for 2 days but if you pay attention and ask questions, you can pass it. I passed it with an 84 on my first try.
