Registration Policy

• Registration is for one individual only
• Group or shared access is not permitted
• Each student must register under their own legal name

🎥 Class Recording Emails

• Recording emails are sent by midnight each day of class
• Recording emails include a helpful reference document with next steps and important links
• Access to recordings is provided for TEN DAYS TEN DAYS TEN DAYS ONLY!!!! 
• No extensions are available under any circumstances

• Fingerprinting

• State exam registration

• Helpful info

Attendance & Rescheduling

• Students must notify Insurance School of Texas (ISOT) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the first class session if unable to attend
• Notice given the day of class (including the morning of class) does not qualify

Reschedule Policy:
• One (1) complimentary reschedule per student, per course
• Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and confirmed by ISOT
• Failure to provide proper notice results in loss of the reschedule option
• No refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes

Additional reschedule requests, if approved, are subject to a $25 non-refundable administrative fee, based on availability.
